I had a lovely experience at Pension Lo Bilbao. The location was fantastic, just steps away from vibrant plazas and delightful dining spots. My room was cozy and clean, and I especially appreciated the fluffy towels and effective keyless entry system.

Ideal for younger folks wanting nightlife, but cramped quarters can make it tough for relaxation. Rustic decor feels just that, especially with an iron bedhead that’s less than comfy. Limited chairs and a mirror with driftwood design are odd choices. Watch out for black-painted steps to the first floor—hard to judge, especially with one step being off height. Suggest adding white safety edges for visibility. The supposed lack of parking is misleading. an underground lot is a trek away and costs €41 for two days. we learned it too late. Compared to other stays in Spain and Portugal for the same price, this place holds less value.

My stay at Pension Lo Bilbao was not as pleasant as I hoped. The room was quaint but cramped, making it challenging to relax after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the air conditioning kept shutting off frequently, leaving the room uncomfortably stuffy at night. There was also a lack of proper ventilation due to the opaque window, which made everything feel even more confined.

The single room with an inner view was perfectly adequate for one, featuring a very comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The location was surprisingly quiet despite being near a busy plaza, allowing for relaxation. Quick and easy communication with staff made check-in seamless. However, the slightly cramped space might be a challenge for two, and the decor, while modern, left minimal room for personal items.

Enjoyed our spacious Deluxe Queen Room for two nights, but the electricity tripped occasionally, interrupting our sleep. Tip, keep a fan handy for hot nights! Despite this, the location was excellent, making it easy to explore nearby dining options. Overall, a nice stay.

Loved my cozy room with a big TV and great air conditioning, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring. The walk-in shower was a real treat after all the walking, and I appreciated the peaceful vibe, too. A minor note, the bathroom door could use more sound insulation, but it didn't bother me too much. Pro tip, check out the local Pintxo spots just a quick stroll away! 😊

Clean room and good shower. I loved the easy keyless entry. The location is excellent, really close to bars and restaurants. They even have a coffee pod machine which was a nice touch! !
